Exam Again?
Since we are indeed still studying, we are still a student. And the fact that we are still a student [still studying] we will feel the burden of it. Isn't that right? But don't ever give the burden as an excuse for not studying. This are the tips for candidates [PMR, SPM] that are going to take the exam later. Fighting or Chaiyok!.
1] Thinking negative things that can disturb your mind and self-calming meaning it can make you really stressed out because of it.
2] Thinking that the examination will be really hard.
3] Think about the problems that you maybe find during the exams.
4] Thinking about the failure/s that will occur after the exams.
5] Make comparisons between the your abilities and others. ETC, your friends.
6] Afraid or scared of the exams.
1] Concentrate only on the exams.
2] Thinking that the exams are to test on what have you've been learning all this time.
3] Thinking that the questions that will come out are the questions that you have done.
4] Imagine the possible outcomes(the success) that you will later on have with your family when you received the results.
5] Thinking that the exams are the one-way ticket to SUCCESS.
6] Thinking that yourself are like the others. Anyone can do it, so why shouldn't you?
